Purchase NCK Box, Dongle, or NCK Pro from Code-GSM (NCK Pro = NCK + UMT combined)
Download NCK software from nck-box.com and install
Connect the NCK hardware to your PC — software detects it automatically
Select the brand module: Samsung, LG, Huawei, Alcatel, ZTE, etc.
Put the phone in the correct mode and connect via USB:
- Samsung: Download mode
- LG: Download mode (Vol Up + USB)
- MTK phones: BROM mode (Vol Up + USB while powered off)
- Qualcomm phones: EDL (9008) or Diag (9006)
Click "Read Phone Info" or auto-detect
Select operation: Unlock, FRP, IMEI, Flash, Factory Reset
Execute — monitor progress in the log window

If the dongle is not detected: check Device Manager for "NCK" entries, reinstall the NCK driver package
